The Sick Kids Centre for Community Mental Health (SK CCMH), formerly The Hincks-Dellcrest Centre, is a community-based children’s mental health centre providing prevention & early intervention, outpatient assessment and treatment, in-home support, day treatment, and residential services to children ages birth to 18 years.  The Centre is integrated with The Hospital for Sick Children’s (HSC) in-patient and ambulatory mental health services for children. The Centre is an accredited teaching facility affiliated with the University of Toronto.

Reporting to the Clinical Director, this position is responsible for management of the Clinical Director’s office, administrative support to the Clinical Director and support of key processes and projects related to the operation of Sick Kid’s Centre for Community Mental Health as directed by the clinical director. This position also provides administrative support to the Manager of Operations and has a coordination role for agency administration and reception.

We are seeking a Manager, Quality, Risk and Health Records.  Reporting to the Clinical Director, this position is responsible for the management of quality, risk and compliance activities for Sick Kids Centre for Community Mental Health as well as for oversite of the centre’s Health Records Department. This position provides after hours senior level on-call support to clinical departments and staff on a rotating (5 times per year) basis. Travel is required between sites and in the community. We are currently seeking an applicant for a 12-month contract, FTE 0.6, who has experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments involving cognitive, academic, and social-emotional measures for children ages 5 – 18 years. The successful applicant will provide psychological assessments to clients of SK CCMH who are experiencing a range of complex mental health, behavioural and learning challenges. In addition to conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, this position will involve working closely with clinicians, clinical teams and other professionals working with the child and family in order to integrate the assessment results, feedback and clinical & educational recommendations for the children and families. The successful candidate will report to the Director, Specialized Services and Academic Leadership.
